Mike Rosen, Chief Executive Officer, and Danny Donegan, Controller, bring decades of combined experience in construction, restoration, and financial management.
Their leadership marks an exciting new chapter for our company as we continue to grow and strengthen our platform in concrete restoration, waterproofing, and structural repair.
Mike Rosen joins Fortify Restoration as CEO, bringing a proven track record of building and scaling blue-collar service companies. As an entrepreneurial executive, Mike is equally at home on a job site and in a boardroom. Previously, he led Let’s Pave, a private-equity backed facilities services company, where he guided the business from startup to national success. During his tenure, Mike also launched Let’s Roof, achieving eight-figure revenues in its first year and driving strong EBITDA growth.
At Fortify, Mike’s leadership is rooted in a people-first philosophy. He believes that great companies are built by empowering great people, and he is committed to cultivating a culture defined by trust, safety, and quality. Beyond his corporate career, Mike is the founder of The Blue Collar Evangelist, a platform advocating for the essential skilled trades industries that keep America running. He is also an active member of YPO and a strong supporter of organizations serving the neurodiverse community, reflecting his dedication to both business and social impact.
Danny Donegan steps into the role of Controller at Fortify Restoration, bringing extensive expertise in real estate and construction accounting. With a background that spans leadership roles at general contractors, investment firms, and specialty trade companies, Danny has managed full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for complex, multi-entity organizations. His experience includes senior positions at Valston, Anzu Partners, and Commercial Stone, where he oversaw audits, reconciliations, and operational finance for large-scale construction projects.
Danny’s career is also distinguished by his unique combination of financial and technical expertise. A veteran with advanced degrees in accounting and finance, he has also served as a certified trainer and examiner in medical and emergency disciplines, where precision and accountability were non-negotiable. At Fortify, Danny applies that same discipline to ensure transparency, financial integrity, and operational excellence as the company expands across Florida.
Together, Mike Rosen and Danny Donegan form a leadership team that blends visionary strategy with disciplined execution. Their combined experience positions Fortify Restoration — an Osceola Capital portfolio company — to become the preeminent provider of structural restoration services in Florida and beyond.
